Working methods:

Our approach to each assignment is different but our point of departure is always our customer’s needs and objectives. A work-plan may consist of the following:

  • Follow-up performance and results

We work in a process-oriented way, combining seminars and improvement activities with coaching and action learning related to our customers’ situation.
